The people behind Tribeless.

Tribeless Automation LLC builds custom business software and AI automation from Montrose, Colorado. We are two lifelong friends from Olathe, Colorado, combining deep roots in technology and business to build the automation platform we wished existed.

We grew up in Olathe, just down the road from Montrose. One of us has spent his career writing software. The other has spent his running a business. Tribeless puts those two together. You get someone who knows how to build the tools, and someone who knows what it is like to run a company on too little time.

Wayne Keenan, co-founder and lead developer

Wayne has 20+ years of hands-on experience in the software industry. He leads all technical development and platform architecture at Tribeless. When you work with us, Wayne is the person building your system. His focus is simple: build tools that actually work for the people who use them every day.

Landon Wareham, co-founder, sales and customer relations

Co-founder, Sales

Landon brings 15+ years of business ownership. He built Valley Restoration and Construction, so he knows the daily grind of crews, estimates, schedules and customers asking for updates. Landon handles sales and customer relations at Tribeless. He is usually your first call, and he makes sure what we build fits how your business really runs.

Why we started Tribeless Automation

Many Western Slope businesses run on a mix of paper, text threads, spreadsheets and one person who remembers everything. That works until the owner needs a day off.

We saw that from the inside. Off-the-shelf software asks your business to change to fit the template. Big custom builds used to take agencies months and cost more than a small business could justify. With the latest advances in AI, we can now build business management software and deploy trained AI agents to automate your non-labor tasks in days or weeks.
