Last updated: October 10, 2026

Tribeless Automation LLC, based in Montrose, Colorado, provides custom business software. This policy describes information we collect through our website, project intake and contact forms, and client portal. Software we build for customers may be covered by separate privacy notices and project agreements.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, business needs, existing tools, project requirements, budget, timeline and other details you choose to include in an inquiry or quote request.
  • Client and project information: account details, messages, project records, uploaded documents, estimates, contracts, signatures, invoices and payment status when you use our services or client portal.
  • Technical information: our website and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request logs and errors needed to deliver, troubleshoot and protect the service.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for your request.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, plan and deliver projects, provide portal access, communicate about your services, manage contracts and invoices, process payments, provide support, maintain reliable services and prevent misuse. We may also retain information to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. Service providers and sharing

Information may be processed by providers that help us operate our services, including hosting, database and file storage providers, email delivery services and payment processors. Our current email delivery service is Resend and our payment processor is Stripe. Information shared with a provider depends on the service being used.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of people or our services, or when you direct us to do so. If our business is transferred or reorganized, relevant business records may be transferred subject to applicable law.

4. Payment information

Online payments are handled through Stripe. We receive information needed to manage invoices and payment status. Payment details submitted to Stripe are also subject to Stripe's privacy policy and terms. Do not send payment card details through our general contact forms or email.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use session cookies to support staff and client sign-in. The portal may also use browser storage to remember preferences, such as dismissed notices. You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking or deleting necessary cookies may prevent you from signing in or using portal features.

6. Communications

We may email you about an inquiry, quote, project, account, contract or invoice. Contact us if you would like to stop optional follow-up communications. Messages needed to provide an active service or meet legal obligations may still be sent.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services and keeping necessary business or legal records. Retention depends on the type of information and the circumstances; not all records have the same retention period.

We use access controls and other safeguards intended to protect information. No website, storage system or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. Email info@tribelessautomation.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or maintain necessary contractual records.

9. Third-party services and processing locations

External websites and services have their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern their independent handling of information. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, where privacy laws may differ.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business use, not for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review it and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. Updates will appear on this page with a revised last-updated date. We will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
